Airport Expo Dubai has a total floor space of 23,308 square meters spread between two large exhibition halls - East Hall and West Hall - and a picturesque central plaza. The entire structure has a pleasant ambience and a peaceful atmosphere for exhibitors to conduct business with visitors attending the exhibition. Both halls are fully equipped with all facilities exhibitors usually demand from organisers and the complex meets the highest international standards and industry norms.

Reception Building

The Reception Building offers two Restaurants and the Airman’s Bar, office suites at Ground and Mezzanine levels, meeting rooms, a large reception hall with ample space for visitor registration and VIP Reception area.

The Reception Building contains Ground and Mezzanine levels, the latter overlooking the main Reception Hall and has Organisers offices, Executive Offices, Meeting rooms and a Business Centre. The Reception Hall, in addition to housing the main security services, contains Kiosks offering a variety of services including banking, post office, travel agencies, etc. The two principal Restaurants are located to the east and west of the building overlooking the Plaza and Outdoor Exhibition areas.

Exhibition Halls

The Exhibition Halls are designed in the form of large independent squares measuring 115 m x 115 m. Power and telecommunication services are available within a two way 5 m grid offering maximum flexibility of stand layouts. Each hall is surrounded by multiple support facilities including offices, storage, cafeterias, toilets, plant rooms and staff areas.

The East Exhibition Hall has 11,654 sq m of internal exhibition space and an entrance foyer of 562 sq m. There are three sets of office suites, one at Ground level and two at the Mezzanine level, two snack bars, an external exhibit area of 2,131 sq m and a dedicated service area. The East Hall has extensive facilities at mezzanine level for the press and television. The East Hall can be sub-divided into three separate self contained Sub-Halls (5415, 2562 and 2958 square meters each) by sliding Operable walls.

The West Exhibition Hall has 11,654 sq m of internal exhibition space and an entrance foyer of 562 sq m. There is an office area at Ground level, a Reception office suite at the Mezzanine level, a snack bar and the French Village Café at Ground level, an external exhibit area of 2,131 sq m and a dedicated service area.

The main vehicular access to the Exhibition grounds, when approaching eastbound along Airport Road from Dubai, is via a flyover giving access through a one way traffic system to the principal car parks serving Visitors, Exhibitors and Organisers. Parking is available for up to 3000 vehicles with over spill accommodation if required.

Visitors to the Exhibition Centre will be processed through the main Reception Building, which has the facility for separate channels for Organisers and Exhibitors, Visitors and Trade Delegations and for VIPs. It opens out to the Exhibition Plaza around which are arranged the two main Exhibition Halls, the major indoor and outdoor restaurant facilities, cafeteria, shops, first aid facilities, information centre and other public facilities. Outdoor exhibition space is provided on either side of the Plaza between the Halls and the restaurant facilities. The visitors can also enter the halls from a walkway on either side of the Reception Building.

Central Plaza

Central Plaza Between the two dedicated exhibition halls is a large open area that can be used by exhibitors or other clients to organise functions such as parties, fashion shows etc. The picturesque plaza is landscaped and is ideal for events looking at capturing an outdoor environment in the evening or a pleasant afternoon during winter.

Conference Facilities

The 2nd floor of the reception hall at Airport Expo Dubai houses meeting and conference facilities. In many exhibitions, exhibitors require conference facililities to promote their products and services. The Airport Expo Dubai is well equipped to meet such demands. The 2nd level of the Reception Building has 4 meeting and conference rooms in addition to a business centre. Adjacent to the reception area are offices for exhibition organisers.
